Keeping My Motivation In Tough Times

This will be my first post in a while.

I’ve had a lot going on in my personal life that’s made it difficult to sit down and write. It’s hard to keep your stamina and motivation to do good things when you have a lot of negative emotions floating around and there are some tough life circumstances.

I think this is a good time to note to all of my followers; I am not a fitness model or a guru. I’m not an influencer, and I don’t have a perfect body. I’m not an expert yoga practitioner (yet 😉). I’m probably a lot like most of you, people who looked to fitness as a way to improve their life, health, and confidence.

With that being said, I think it’s time to come back and focus on what brings me up in bad times, and that’s yoga, and this blog.
